    Description

This is a 1972 Doubled Die Lincoln Cent that comes in an ANACS holder. ANACS graded this coin as a Mint State 63 and also noted the Red & Brown coloring of it. Below the date, ANACS has printed "DDO" to represent a Doubled Die Obverse, "FS-101" which is the number of this coin in the Cherrypickers' Guide, and "Die 1" to indicate that Die Pair 1 was used in the production of this coin. The slab itself is in good condition with minor scratches and the "air bubble" look within the clear area of the slab (I find this is common with the ANACS holders, and doesn't appear to affect the coin). The actual penny is beautiful. When turned in the light, a rainbow of colors can be seen! An interesting variety for sure!
Upon purchase, this coin will be shipped with insurance. Free shipping *within the USA* is included with this listing. We will bill for foreign shipping.
