Vintage Art Nouveau Sterling Silver Cherub Angel Scallop Shell Pin Clip Earrings
Up for auction is an exceptional Art Nouveau sterling silver pin / brooch and clip earring set. The pin is made up of a center cherub with a scallop shell and ornate scroll designs. The clip earrings have the same cherub face and scroll designs. The pin measures roughly 1 3/4" x 1 3/4", earrings 1 1/8" x 1 1/8" and they weigh a total of 38.1g. They are all marked on the backs with Sterling and the pin does have a maker's mark that I can not make out. The brooch has a fold over "c" clasp  that holds tight and secure. I believe the earring back are not sterling. The set is in fantastic shape for his age with a great patina. I will leave the patina for the new owner to decide if they want to remove it.
